My name is Milla Goldenberg and I am the founder of Out of State Agent. I’m also a licensed real estate agent working in California. I launched this website after helping several friends and clients who were moving out of state find great local real estate agents who specialize in relocation.
I began doing it so often that I quickly compiled a database of quality realtors in various cities and states across the country — realtors I vetted personally to make sure they knew how to work with out-of-state buyers and sellers. I still vet all of our Out of State Agents myself.
I’m also a real estate investor who owns property outside of my home state, so I understand the unique challenges that come with investing away from home. My goal is to make Out of State Agent the premier site for finding the best investor-friendly agents and relocation specialists across the country.
